Blue Mountain coding system
The label on each pail or container has the following information:
- Our company name
- Address of manufacturing facility
- Phone number of manufacturing facility
- Product name
- Ingredient statement
- Date of manufacture
- Lot number
Each pail or container may also have additional labels with the customer’s product code number in bold font if requested and special instructions if needed.
Quality control
It’s hard to imagine anyone surpassing our diligence when it comes to quality control. In addition to strictly adhering to all relevant regulations and food safety guidelines, we taste test each and every batch. In addition, every order is subject to the scrutiny of our “3 Keys to Excellence” review.
