What is reaction technology?
Reaction technology is used to mimic, or imitate, reactions that occur when animal cells are heated, during roasting or grilling, for example.
Raw materials are added in sequence to a reactor, which is like a giant pressure cooker. We maintain exact temperature and pressure for a specific time. The product is sterile after production.

How are Blue Mountain flavors packaged?
Liquid and paste products are usually packed in 3-1/2-, 5-, or 6-gallon DOT approved polyethylene pails, 55-gallon drums, or 275-gallon totes.
Dry products are packed in plastic bags inside double-walled cardboard boxes.
Our flavors are generally sent 24 pails or 36 boxes on a pallet.
Each layer of 12 pails or boxes is held with strapping and metal seals. Between each layer of boxes, on the top and on the bottom of all shipments is a cardboard or plastic slip sheet.
The whole shipment is shrink wrapped to 4-way, 40 x 48 inch (GMA) oak pallets.
We do not currently charge for pallets.
Note: We will ship less than pallet load order.
We print warehouses codes on pails and drums, or we will use customer labels if requested.
We have excellent discounts for full load and LTL carriers, which we can prepay and add back to invoices. We handle international sea and air, third party, and collect shipments daily.
